Here's the first recipe.
Smoothie Recipe
Handful of fresh strawberries
Handful of fresh raspberries
1 Small banana
8 Tablespoons of Natural Greek Yoghurt
4 Small handfuls of organic porridge oats
1 Generous squirt of Agave syrup
BLEND AND ENJOY
(If you don't have Agave syrup you can use Honey)
You can drink this for breakfast if you're in a hurry and don't have time to cook
(haven't tried it yet, but I will eventually)
